Applications are now open to become co-chair of the Farm Tenancy Forum.
If you have experience of working in the agricultural tenancy sector and in-depth knowledge of agricultural tenancy agreements and legislation, farm tenant and agricultural landlord relationships and the Agricultural Landlord and Tenant Code of Practice for England, this is your chance to be part of the independent group advising the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra).
This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership to the Farm Tenancy Forum, which brings together representatives for tenant farmers, landlords, professional advisers and government to deal with issues affecting the tenant farming sector.
As co-chair, you'll help shape discussions on the future of farm tenancies, foster collaboration across the sector, and support government to ensure a thriving tenanted sector.
Applications close on 26 July 2026. Apply here.
Please note, to comply with the online recruitment system used to host the campaign, applicants are required to submit both a CV and a supporting statement.
It is recommended that the supporting statement be no more than one side of A4, to encourage applications despite the short turnaround.
