Sinéad Clarkson MRICS

Sinéad is a chartered Quantity Surveyor at PH Plasterers Ltd and co-chair of the Yorkshire division of NAWIC – the National Association for Women in Construction. As a recent graduate of the RICS-accredited degree apprenticeship, she is passionate about promoting the profession to young people through the RICS Inspire and STEM ambassador programs.

Sean is the owner of Trust Surveyors based in Liverpool. A firm of residential surveyors and RICS Valuers. Sean has worked throughout the UK since graduation from Liverpool John Moores University, with roles ranging from measured building surveys of McDonalds restaurants to providing valuation reports. Sean is keen to help the future surveyors of the world and is part of the RICS Ambassador team.
